Fuji and Tokyo, letting you witness the beautiful landscapes and some of the famous UNESCO World Heritage Sitesof Japan and experience the exotic oriental lifestyle of Japanese people.

ITINERARY

Day 01, 02 NOV: SYDNEY – HONG KONG

Depart to Osaka, Japan via Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific in the evening and fly overnight.

 

Day 02, 03 NOV: HONG KONG – OSAKA

Connect your flight in Hong Kong to Osaka and arrive at noon. Upon arrival, free pick-up service at Osaka Kansai Airport Terminal 1. We will have a guide onsite to assist you to take a train or bus to the hotel. The hotel check-in is available after 3pm with your passport.

Day 03, 04 NOV: OSAKA (B)

Free Leisure Day or you may join a One-day Hiroshima Optional tour (USD369/pp). 
Optional tour: After breakfast, take high speed train to Hiroshima (1.5 hrs). Upon arrival, visit Itsukushima, Atomic Bomb Dome and Hiroshima Peace Memorial. Return to Osaka by high speed train in the evening.

Day 04, 05 NOV: OSAKA – KYOTO (B.L)
In the morning, visit Osaka’s landmark – Osaka Castle as a photo stop, and then visit the Osaka Fish Market: Kuromon Market. Enjoy a variety of seafood and sushi. Visit Nara Park and Todai Temple to see the deers and traditional temple. In the afternoon, proceed to Kyoto to visit the World Cultural Heritage site, Kiyomizu-dera Temple, and stroll along the Ninenzaka and Sannezaka Streets. Return to the hotel with the tour guide at the designated time with your tour guide. Dinner is at your own arrangements

Day 05, 06 NOV: KYOTO (B.L) 
After breakfast, head to Arashiyama Bamboo Forest and the Togetsukyo Bridge. Afterwards, visit the famous attraction, Golden Pavilion, and then visit a traditional brewery to taste and learn about the brewing process of sake. Then, visit Fushimi Inari-taisha, a shrine on the south side of Kyoto. It serves the Japanese kami of foxes, fertility, rice, tea, sake and agriculture. Free leisure time afterwards. Dinner is at your own arrangement.

Day 06, 07 NOV: KYOTO – HAKONE – TOKYO (B.L.D)
After breakfast, accompanied by a guide, take the Shinkansen (high-speed train) to Hakone (Baggage carried on own). After arriving in Hakone, take the bus to Oshino Hakkai and take a boat to see the beauty of Lake Ashi. Lake Ashi is a great place to see the views of Mount Fuji. Later travel to Tokyo to visit Tokyo Tower (Photo-stop) in the afternoon. Then, go to Shibuya for shopping and touring. We will stay in Shibuya no less than 90 minutes.  After dinner, transfer back to the hotel in Tokyo.

Day 07, 08 NOV: TOKYO – KAMAKURA - TOKYO (B.L)
Head to Kamakura to visit the famous Kamakura Daibutsu built during the Kamakura Period and influenced by Song Dynasty-era Buddhist statues. The Buddha statue is valued as the national treasure of Japan! Then, visit numerous popular attractions according to the Michelin Tourist Guide starting with  “Hase-dera”. Next visit the Imperial Palace, the home of the Emperor of Japan, as well as Nijubashi Bridge. Then, proceed to Meiji Jingu Shrine, a shrine dedicated to Emperor Meiji and Empress Shoken of Japan. This temple has one of the largest archway (Torii) in Japan. See one of the tallest standing tower in the world – Tokyo Skytree from afar. Later, visit Senso-ji to admire the ancient Buddhist temple, which is also the oldest temple in Tokyo. Afterward, return to the hotel around 8 pm.

Day 08, 09 NOV: TOKYO (B)
Free leisure day in Tokyo.

Day 09, 10 NOV: TOKYO – HONG KONG – SYDNEY (B)
After breakfast, take limousine bus from the hotel to the airport for your home bound flight to Australia via Hong Kong. You will fly overnight.


Day 10, 11 NOV: SYDNEY ARRIVAL

You will arrive in Sydney in the afternoon. Your unforgettable Japan Autumn Leaves Tour ends.

Single supplement: $1,090
